How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 10 to 20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.  Each product at ITSA Crave has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

How can I pay for my order?

Accepted payment methods include credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shopify Pay

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes order get sent out before we can process the cancellation.  So if you cancel your order but still received the package, then please notify us.

What happes if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order -- if it's defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

Your order will all come in one parcel unless stated in the order tracking.
